Fonte di Foiano offers its own hospitality (without restaurant service) in 2 flats consisted of bedroom, living room and kitchen, furnished in tuscan style, in the hearth of the farm, with sea-view and utter stillness.
Our guests have this way the opportunity to observe the farm life and deepen their knowledges about olive and olive-growing, in a rural familiar atmosphere.

The farm Fonte di Foiano, specialized since its foundation in olive-growing, is situated on the Segalari hill, halfway between the chief-town Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri. It is characterized by a family business with an active participation of 2 generations.

The olive grove extends on a surface of 18 hectars with 5000 (nearly all ancient) olive trees. The production cycle is integrated and goes from field cultivation to pressing and product packaging. In particular, very important to mention, is the possibility to have at disposal an own oil mill (instead of making use of private cooperatives or third party facilities, like a great part of producers is used to do), which allows to look after with utmost care the working timeliness and to have under direct control all phases of the process to obtain the best quality of the product.
